Our national Competition team, including Partners Michael Corrigan, Linda Evans, Bruce Lloyd and Kirsten Webb, have leading experience in managing high-profile international and Australian cartel investigations and associated litigation, acting on many of the major leniency applications with the ACCC over the past three years. This includes co-operation with the ACCC and the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions under their immunity policies for self-reported criminal cartel conduct after July 2009. We also act for a number of companies in contested proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia brought by the ACCC seeking civil penalties for cartel conduct.
