Maurice Baroni is a partner in our Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team and has extensive experience in the areas of industrial relations, employment law, occupational health & safety and transport law. A large part of his practice involves advising various clients within the road, rail and air transport industries.
He is experienced in preparing and presenting cases in various tribunals and courts, including the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and Supreme and Federal Courts. Maurice also assists employers with the negotiation of new collective agreements and the resolution of industrial disputes.
Maurice also has an extensive practice in the area of general transport law, including dealing with owner responsibility legislation, driving hours regime and fatigue related law.
