Robert Cutler is an experienced litigator and skilled advocate, having advised for many years on large scale, high profile arbitrations (both international and domestic) and court disputes. Robert has extensive experience in commercial disputes and government litigation, and has acted for the Australian Government in a number of major disputes. Robert also has particular experience in telecommunications and intellectual property disputes often involving unique and complex issues.
His advice in these matters is valued for its clear commercial focus and timeliness. As an accredited mediator Robert is acknowledged for his negotiation skills in disputes, commercially minded approach and use of alternative dispute resolution.
Robert is a keen follower of sport and is a past director of Brumbies Rugby (2004 - 2007).
