Marcus Davenport is a partner in our Banking & Financial Services Group who specialises in major projects and debt finance. His experience includes lead roles on a variety of projects for both government and private sector and acting for major financial institutions and large corporate borrowers. His debt finance expertise extends to project, property and acquisition finance as well as general corporate commercial financing, unsecured and secured lending arrangements.
Marcus also has significant expertise in the electricity sector generally (with a focus on generation) and renewable energy in particular, including renewable energy and carbon reduction projects and regulation. He has advised on many recent PPP projects.
