Background
Randal Dennings is the founder and lead partner of our National Compliance Division. Randal also possesses deep experience and expertise in banking and financial services.
Randal specialises in advising clients on governance, legal risk and compliance matters and in particular upon the development implementation and assessment in compliance management systems. He particularly focuses on those areas of practice noted above and their GRC frameworks.
Randal has a particular interest in banking and retail credit and is a member of the relevant Australian inter-governmental technical advisory committee and has wide experience in assisting banks and finance companies in establishing their product specifications, compliance processes and procedures and undertaking regulatory liaison, as required. Randal has had the carriage of most of the major consumer credit civil penalty litigation in Queensland with excellent results.
