Pat Dwyer practises in public, administrative and corporate law as part of our Government Services group. As an accredited mediator, Pat uses his negotiation skills every day for his clients, assisting them to make strategic and commercially sound decisions.
A former Deputy Crown Solicitor of Queensland, Pat's experience covers a broad range of government-related law. He specialises in major infrastructure development projects, compulsory acquisition processes, compensation claims, general litigation, commercial, contractual and property law claims, as well as environment and planning matters.
