Michael Legg is a consultant in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, specialising in securities and financial products class actions, commercial and regulatory litigation and corporate law.
Michael previously worked as an attorney in New York where he represented Fortune 500 companies in product liability, patent and bankruptcy matters. During that time he was involved in the successful defence of novel class actions in the state courts of West Virginia and Texas. Michael also acted for one of the Big 4 audit firms in auditor liability litigation and class actions in the federal courts of New York and California.
Michael is also a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales.
