Heath Lewis practises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (both private treaty and regulated), equity capital markets (including initial public offerings and secondary raisings), incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures and corporate and securities law and regulation.
Heath acts for a number of ASX and TSX listed clients, as well as significant private firms, most often in the energy & resources industry (all sectors, including gold, iron ore, uranium, lithium, oil and gas and nickel) and agribusiness industry (including the grain, tree plantation and cattle sectors).
Heath has experience as a practitioner in London with the UK's pre-eminent corporate practice.
