Bryan Mueller has been an industrial relations practitioner for more than 20 years, including more than 12 years as counsel (at the Victorian Bar) and most recently as workplace relations manager and strategic adviser in a substantial Commonwealth statutory corporation.
He has acted for employer clients in the mining and resources, building and construction, transport, meat processing and communication industry sectors, and also the education and public sectors. The breadth and depth of that experience means that Bryan has both a particularly well developed capacity to see the legal dimensions of workplace relations problems and issues that confront clients, and a keen appreciation of the need to understand the organisational interests that are affected or at stake. This translates into an approach which is directed at producing advice that identifies the real issues, appreciates the client's interests and which is sound and practical.
