Background
Brian O'Callaghan is a leading government lawyer with extensive experience advising the public sector. Prior to entering private practice in 1995, Brian spent 16 years with the Attorney-General's Department, including three years as legal counsellor at the Australian Embassy in Washington. He specialises in contracts and agreements, competition, trade practices and takeover law, corporate governance, financing and restructuring, equity and trusts, information technology and intellectual property law, and probity and tendering.
