
Tim Reid is a partner in the Corporate Advisory group of Clayton Utz and has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. His experience includes equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, placements and rights and entitlement issues, mergers and acquisitions through regulated takeovers and schemes of arrangement as well as private transactions, corporate structuring, corporate governance and administration, ASX Listing Rule compliance, executive and employee equity incentive plans and general corporate and commercial advice.
Tim’s corporate and securities experience extends over a range of industry sectors including banking, insurance and financial services, energy & resources, transport & logistics, engineering and manufacturing, property and telecommunications. Tim also has a sub-speciality of advising on all aspects of commercial arrangements for the operation of public assembly venues such as convention centres, arenas and stadiums.
Tim has degrees in both Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Company Law Committee of the Queensland Law Society and the Corporations Committee for the Law Council of Australia.
