Nikki Robinson is a Partner in our Corporate / M&A group, specialising in infrastructure development, acquisitions and disposals, funds work, and general commercial and property law.
As an expert in the legal issues arising in infrastructure developments, Nikki advises private and public sector clients, particularly equity participants, on social infrastructure for the PPP market, structuring funds, dealing with assets and operational issues.
When handling acquisitions and disposals, Nikki's strong property background gives her special insight into clients' needs in drafting and negotiating business and share sale documentation, conducting and co-ordinating comprehensive due diligence arrangements, and preparing information memorandums, including more recently in the aged care sector.
