
Charles Rosedale has over 30 years' experience specialising in corporate law, including broad experience in equity capital market transactions advising issuers, underwriters and other stakeholders in IPOs and ASX listings, rights and entitlement issues, institutional and private placements. Charles has advised on corporate reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions and executive and employee equity participation plans.
He provides advice and strategic guidance on company law (including directors' duties, corporate governance and continuous disclosure), the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, ASIC requirements and policy, as well as under corporate law generally. Charles assists boards in their dealings with regulatory bodies such as ASIC and the ASX and has an excellent working relationship with senior people in both organisations.
