Melbourne, 14 July 2010: Clayton Utz has acted for RBS Morgans who together with Mirabaud Securities LLP, was a Joint Lead Manager to Atlantic Limited's A$55.5 million capital raising.
Clayton Utz Equity Capital Markets partner Brendan Groves led the transaction.
The capital raising comprised 1.26 billion shares to strategic international investors and Australian and international institutional investors. Funds raised will allow construction and commissioning of the Windimurra vanadium project.
