Sydney, 28 July 2011: Last night leading Asia-Pacific law firm Clayton Utz hosted over 500 dignitaries, clients, staff and other special guests at a celebration to officially mark the relocation of its Sydney office to the landmark 1 Bligh building.[1]
Her Excellency Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, the Governor of New South Wales officially opened Clayton Utz's new Sydney premises, which comprise 15 floors and is home to over 850 Clayton Utz staff.
The state-of-the-art 1 Bligh development represents a triumph of modern architecture and green technology, and has achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating – the highest Green Star rating of any commercial high-rise building in Sydney.
