Clayton Utz feels like a very friendly work place. Clayton Utz is a very egalitarian workplace. It is not a firm that sets much store by hierarchy at all. We have open doors, I have solicitors in and out of my office asking questions randomly and it is very much a firm that encourages team work. We've found that the best way to do the large transactions that we do, is to make sure that we have developed team structures that work very well together under tight time-frames and pressure. By encouraging that sort of friendly, egalitarian workplace, we've found that has been a very successful model for us.
